CONDITIONS
Generally from Saturday to Saturday (may be changed upon agreement Saturday: arriving, mutual introduction and individual program making 5 days for learning, 1 day (or more) for outing You may choose the number of lessons (hours)/day you like to have : Price / week for 1 person for couple 3 hours/day: € 890 € 1 350 4 hours/day: € 990 € 1 450 5 hours/day: € 1 090 € 1 550 For a group, please contact Dany by e-mail or by phone / fax : +33 5 53 29 47 55 (please leave your contact on voice recorder if she is not available) feel free to request some referees by e.mail. Included: - Transfers from the stations Bergerac, Sarlat, Souillac to the house - Accomodation and meals - Lessons and WiFi connection - Outings with meals (however tickets aren't included) Not included: - phone calls (you can use your phone card & receive FAX) - all costs out of the house - transportation from your home city to Bergerac, Sarlat or Souillac. (transport can be organized from Bordeaux/Toulouse with an extra cost) More : Dany is pleased to drop you into the next town SARLAT (10 km) when ever you want. Clean and calm dogs are accepted (all costs are yours) insurance : a travel insurance is srongly recomanded BOOKING : Booking is made by payment of € 200 done at least 10 days before scheduled arrival. You may pay - by bank transfer (contact Dany for SWIFT number) - or by credit card using secured Internet (click PayPal Button) cancellation : if you have to cancel, please do it 5 days before the begining of the journey, then you will be refunded. cancelation made less than 5 days before scheduled arrival, there will be no refund. cancellation of the class : the teacher reserves the right to cancel the journey for unavoidable circumstances (force majeure). In that case the journey will be postponed on agreement or a refund will be made. PAYMENT The balance should be paid before arrival. |
